roller coaster-akiamekoLike a sudden sounding pang, depression comes  When a comment carelessly one has said  Just as suddenly, one can laugh  When a friend cheers up and gives a smile

OneActPlay: Katie the StrangeScene 1A:   
At rise, the students file into the classroom from SR, taking their various seats. The teacher is already at her desk, organizing papers. Amy sits near the front and sits up to listen intently. Brett sits and a cluster of guys stand around him, talking and joking. Katié walks by everyone and sits in the back. Brett winks at her and she ignores him.   
Teacher: (Stands) Good morning, class. I’m Mrs. Byatt, and I will be your homeroom teacher for the first seme— (Is distracted by the group of talking boys.) Would you please be quiet and take your seats?!

The Great OakA lone tree, in a forgotten field.  Once luscious leaves; now withered and gone.  Bare branches outstretched skywards.  Where once was fullness and life  Is now barren and dead.  the comfort of shade; dried up.  The gentle rustle of leaves; stilled.

okay guys...rob here.im soooo very sorry for not updating in such a loooong time. i fele so horrible about it. but to be honest i just moved into my new apartment recently and im also working. life is so stressful i just dontthink i can run proems any longer 9not that i did much of that recently :( ) anyways so i was hoping maybe worldofemotion or my buddy crptyk might take over for me?



you can expect the point system to be posted in a couple days

Proems is a poetry and prose based deviantart club. we often get asked if we accept prose...well as a matter of fact we do!

how to join

watch the club and we will watch you back! thats all you need to start submitting :)

rules
when you submit you MUST (i insist upon this) tell me if there is innapropriate things in your work. i will always read the pieces but it is NOT my responsibility to make sure. please its a simple rule and we weant to make this club good for everyone.
also please comment ONLY on the original deviation, i will make it so you can't leave comments on the club itself and i will always post a link.
and of course please post a link to this club in your journal for advertisements sake.

making a submission
**NOTE** we only take one submission per note so please do not send a note with multiple submissions in it. it makes things ahrder for myself to submit them and its more fair to the other members. when we submit we try not to do too many by one person in a row. thank you.

note me with the name of the piece and the subject as "submission"
also include a link and inform me of anything that might be considered "mature" content. i will still submit it but i have to take appropriate actions.

we need an avatar so get submitting! best one wins but all avatars will be kept on file to be used later :) who knows? you may get lucky.
